Great location and luxury suite.
The egg / omelette station at breakfast. Too small and under staffed at times.
8 / 10Eccellente·ott 2026
I like size of the room, location, quiet atmosphere, comfortable facility. Quick reaction to the request from the guest service.
Cleaning of the rooms could be better. The balcony floor was never cleaned. Sometimes food was too salty and overcooked.

The food, the service, the facilities, the rooms, the restaurants, the beach entrance, the drinks, the club rooftop, all 200/100.
The pool is nice, 7/10
The bight party at the vip was great, I would loved if it was more nights, I liked it.

Everything about the hotel is faultless. An area to be specially mentioned is customer service from start to finish. I have never seen a team of people so willing, helpful, professional and really outstanding. They are a credit to the brand and the management. But every single thing was fabulous, food, room, pools, location, sunbeds, cleanliness,
There is absolutely nothing to criticize or even improve. The worst thing that happened was a kiwi fruit slightly unripe!
