Exceeded my expectations - great location beautiful decor and incredibly helpful staff. Welcomed with mint tea in the courtyard, before being shown to the room which was lovely. Anass had kindly accommodated a request to decorate the room for my daughter’s birthday and also a last minute request for hammam and massage. Which was amazing - Fatema was great at making my daughters comfortable - top tier treatments. Rooms were amazing, good size for a family and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great.

Cannot find a thing to fault but if there was one tiny thing for improvement it would be that the bathroom (which was grand and again beautifully decorated) could have done with an extractor fan. But even this wasn’t too much of an issue as the bathroom was far enough away from the main bedroom.

This was a beautiful riad in a great location in fes. The room was exceptional, a great size for 3 of us and absolutely stunning. The Riad host was so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

Riad perfetto. In stile tipico marocchino curato e in ottima posizione. A due passi dalla porta blu per accesso alla Medina dove non possono entrare le auto . Comodo quindi per arrivarci e ottimo per muoversi dentro e fuori dalla Medina . La prima sera ci ha fatto preparare cena tipica molto buona. Il proprietario è persona ottima e affidabile. Ci ha aiutato per taxi riservato ristoranti e si è reso sempre disponibile. RIAD DA SCEGLIERE ASSOLUTAMENTE PER STARE E VISITARE FEZ

Terribly unfriendly staff. They were stingy with the eggs at breakfast! They brought us one portion, we asked to make another scrambled egg, to which the man said maybe tomorrow! It's just cringe! Moreover, at night there are always some conversations, watching TV series with loud sound, at night the phone at the reception rings loudly several times. They also settled us right opposite a building under construction without warning! After I wrote to the owner of the hotel, they changed the room, but still the mood remained spoiled. In the second room the mattress is so old that you sleep as if in a hole. Despite the fact that the Riad is very beautiful, everything described above spoiled the impression of hospitality. I strongly do not recommend it.
