Great location, good size room , lovely balcony
Juts something minor … the eggs machine was turned off twice when I was cooking my eggs

Good size room with good cooking facilities. Very clean
Needed a sofa and a smart TV. We went for breakfast at 9am and already lots of food run out

Breakfast was continental style but adequate, location - proximity to lifts and the town - a few minutes walk - great location.
I felt staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Lovely traditional Alpine property with a nice Continental Breakfast right in the centre of Morzine.
The main road was rather noisy but this was no fault of the property but rather down to the few idiots speeding down the road in the late evening/early hours of the morning.
Some sort of Fan or Air conditioning would have been nice as it does get really hot.
