Die Lage und die Einrichtung des Hotels war perfekt. Auch das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Da das Zimmer eine kleine Terrasse hatte, wäre eine kleine Kaffeemaschine für den Kaffee am Morgen schön gewesen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekte Lage in Potsdam. Saubere Betten. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus. Dazu stand nichts in der Buchungsübersicht. Verschmutzte Textilbodenbeläge im Zimmer. Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche. Schiebetüren ohne Funktion. Bahnhofshallencharakter des Frühstücksraums. Sehr eng und sehr laut.

Beim Frühstück wurde die standardmäßig eingedeckte Kaffeetasse gegen eine Teetasse getauscht, als mein Tee gebracht wurde. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr aufmerksam.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Extremely friendly and supportive staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast, location right in the center of Potsdam, overall a very cute and romantic ambiance.

Top location and super friendly staff!. Rooms with inner yards windows are very quiet, as the parking has only 4 places so no traffic at all 😉 Large and comfortable bed.
Cleanliness and room features not at 4 stars hotel level. The Basic category room has a small bathroom, with moving glass door only, that gives you the impression you are in the toilet each time the other person uses it. Not to mention that there is a window between the room and toilet... Limescale and dirt in the toilet and under shower. The chair in our room could use deep cleaning, plus there wers places covered with dust, evidencing that the room is cleaned so so...
Forget about features like USB outputs.

The double bed was two singles pushed together which was a little disappointing when the room is advertised specifically with a double bed.

The location is perfect. Remember to book parking if arriving by car because you are on the edge of a pedestrian zone with limited public parking.
The room we booked was not available and we didnt have a patio. Management gave us an upgrade as a gesture.
The breakfast is excellent with range and quality.
We booked a room with patio, but these were not available. The booking.com booking clearly stated 'with patio', but the hotel said there must be a problem with the listing because it isn't possible to book a room with a patio. This was frustrating, and I'm not sure if the issue was with the hotel, or with the listing.

The Residence room was spacious and very clean. Very nice breakfast and great location.
We wanted a drink in the bar before bed after a day in Potsdam. It was late, 23:45, but the website said the bar was 24/7. The person at reception said they had already closed the bar, so we couldn’t use the area.
