Tolle Lage, herrliche Ruhe, Zimmer sind sehr gut, Personal freundlich, Frühstück ist gut. Frühstücksmensa muss man mögen, ist aber kein Abfall, einfach Geschmacksache.
Komme immer gerne wieder

We had a fantastic break at the hotel.
The breakfast and evening meal was very good quality.
The facilities were very exceptional and even though the hotel was fully booked, the areas were always very quiet and relaxing.
The location was wonderful.
The staff were very friendly.
Tea and coffee facilities should be provided in the bedroom.
Maybe a little information on arrival (possibly in English aswell) .... e.g. where the spa is located (map), how to get into Potsdam, other services available (hiring bikes) and things to do in the area.
Other pillow options (if I'm being really fussy).
