Nice clean, comfortable apartment only a 10 minute walk from the main beach. We really enjoyed the balcony and the air conditioning was great in the heat. Also really appreciated the washing machine and laundry rack!

Just a warning that you do need to walk up a very steep hill to get back to the apartment from the beach or from town, those with mobility issues would definitely struggle. Also it would have been nice to have a few more basics provided such as salt and pepper and dishwasher tablets.

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que hemos descansado muy bien. Teniamos todo lo necesario. Tener la piscina está genial y una terraza donde cenar. Es una urbanización muy tranquila cerca de la playa

Lo que menos nos gustó es que la terraza no estuviera preparada para hacer barbacoa o poner una plancha. Para ir a la playa solo podías ir tras subir y bajar una ciesta muy pronunciada y larga. Si vas cargado bajas en coche con las complicaciones de aparcamiento que con lleva.

It is a lovely location away from the crowds yet a convenient distance from Playa Burriana and only a short drive from the town center. The pool is great and easily accessible. The balcony had amazing views yet secluded and private. There is also direct acces to the rooftop terrace from one of the rooms! There is an underground parking garage which we never used as always ample space for parking. The snack bar just outside is great and it was a bonus that they had the football on even outside normal opening hours.

Like most Spanish apartments built before new regulations sound insulation can be lacking but this is the norm mostly everywhere else in the country.

we stayed in apartment 1C, 2 bed with roof terrace. Roof terrace was fab, great views. nice views from balcony also. very good mattresses and water pressure in shower. Heating and Cooling efficient. Friendly owner.

Could do with a deep clean, kitchen very poorly equipped with broken tap and poor flow. Rusty microwave. Only 1 toilet roll and bin bag.
