Luxury apartment with very good southern location in beautiful Nerja. Spectacular views of the sea and mountains from its own large private terrace with all amenities including sunbeds, large dining table. Sun almost all day. Only a few minutes walk (400m) from Nerja's most popular Playa Burriana beach where there are also plenty of restaurants. Lovely pool, wifi and modern central controlled A / C throughout the apartment included in rent. Sunset all over town from shared roof terrace with lovely 360 degree view. Maid service, sheets and towels (not for beach) included in rent. Sea views from all rooms with direct access to the large terrace. Open floor plan that gives a light and spacious feel. High quality modern kitchen, including filtered drinking water. Very well equipped apartment for a wonderful holiday. Parking is plenty around the house and is free.
Description:
Apartamentos Chimenea Playa is located in the beautiful Chimenea area on the hills just above Burriana beach (approx. 400 meters). The building is relatively new. The apartment is on the second of three floors. Elevator exist. The whole apartment is very bright and each room has a lovely view as well as direct access to the large private terrace. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is a hall, living room, toilet, two bedrooms and laundry & drying space. All rooms are newly painted and furniture is new and fresh. The building also has a general roof terrace with spectacular 360 degree views. No smoking indoors. No animals. High speed Wifi and air conditioning are included in the rent. The nearby Burriana beach has many restaurants, bars and small shops. The Inner Center and Balcón de Europa are within easy walking distance. There are, among other things, two large grocery stores and a tennis center within easy walking distance - a bit up the hill at N-340.
The terrace: A 55 square meter private terrace in a southern position with panoramic views from the mountains to the whole sea. The terrace also looks out over the pool directly below. Sun from sunrise to late afternoon (and the last part of the sunset is seen from that roof terrace with 360 degree views). Dining table for six people. Two sunbeds. Large terrace umbrella covering the entire dining table. Two awnings. A cabinet with a washer and dryer. Drying rack, Weber BBQ for good grilled meals. The pool is open all year from 10-22. 00, with shower and WC.
Living room:
Open floor plan consisting of a proper dining area with space for six people and a lounge area. The lounge area consists of a sofa for three people, a large armchair, coffee table and wall hung TV and DVD and Bluetooth speakers. All furniture and equipment are relatively new. Large glass doors to the terrace. The open floor plan also extends into a separate hall with a large full-length mirror. Air conditioning. Sea view.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, Refrigerator and freezer, induction oven / stove, microwave, filtered water tap, toaster, coffee maker, water brewer, ice bucket, drinking glasses for all kinds of occasions, built-in wine rack. Plenty of glass, plates and other kitchen equipment. Well-equipped.
Bedroom 1:
Large bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, large mirror and large built in wardrobes. Large glass doors to the terrace. Air conditioning. Iron and ironing board. Sea view.

The apartment is spacious, especially the terrace, with fantastic views of the mountains and sea. Such an environment enables you to relax, enjoy the local area, and soak up the rays of the sun and blue skies.

Lovely apartment with great views. Plenty of space for 4 people. Well equipped and easy access to shared pool. Hosts easily reachable when we had an internet problem. Bit of a distance to walk into Nerja town but cheap buses every hour. Burrianna beach, a short but steep downhill walk is great with everything you need for a day at the beach. All round wonderful stay would definately visit again.

We had a lovely holiday! We know the area well as we used to holiday in Maro for a number of years. Apartment clean and had everything we needed.
We had a one year old with us and a high chair and travel cot were supplied by Isabel the property manager. She was not available when we went to register which was a shame, as I could have just mentioned that the high chair was filthy and we were not given any sheets for the cot. Other than that everything was great.

We family of three stayed for a week in june. It’s a perfect sized appartment witch two beedrooms both facing the terasse with doors for direct access. Perfect when your children are going to sleep and you can sit outside and enjoy the view. The view over the town and ocean was the best part.
Great view also come with steep walk. The walk down to the beach took 9 min. We clocked it. The best way that we found down to Burriana beach was to take left just when you walk outside the steel gate. Then you go through another steel gate and walk some high stairs down to the street. The walk back is kind of exhausting but it comes with the view. We stayed the week without a car and it worked fine. We walked all days to the beach and some nights in to town. The best way to walk into town was from the beach and take the stairs rather than walking the steep streets.
Burriana beach was great with crystal clear wather and nice rocks. We had some good food in Nerja and by the beach. We can recommend tapas at raw lounge down by the beach and also We also Bakers at the same street at the beach.
The check in process when we arrived was not verry clear and could be bettet described. We got info that our key should be in a looked box by the fence and recived a kod. The problem was that at the fence it was 10 different keyboxes. We meet other guests with same problem. The appartment was one stair up and it was not clear since the doors only said E.
