I’m going to be very straightforward here. The hotel fulfills everything that is needed for a decent stay, but don’t expect much. I will talk about the problems in the next section.

While the in-person receptionist was kind, my stay was severely impacted by a check-in error and terrible remote customer service. The front desk gave me a Room Upgrade to 610 (a great room with AC) but forgot to actually log my check-in into the system. Because the front desk closes at 2:30 PM, I found myself locked out of the hotel at 5:00 PM, since the key card provided was not related to any check in on my name. So, I had to call the "remote hub," where a shockingly rude and aggressive representative woman yelled at me over the system error and forced me to immediately move all my belongings to Room 807, even though all my belongings were already in 610. I even had already took a shower in there. This new room was a major downgrade. It lacked AC and was a smoking room, which was highly unpleasant for me as a non-smoker. Way smaller as well. The only redeeming quality was a nice skyline view. A hotel of this size desperately needs a 24-hour in-person front desk rather than relying on a remote WhatsApp/phone hub, as it would be much easier to solve this problem in person. Your remote staff needs serious customer service training, and non-smokers should never be forced into smoking rooms.

excellent location ,walking distance from station less than 5 minutes. I was in 7th floor quiet room, worth for money facilities ,very clean and new (French room). Latest technology well used for check in and room clean process and for 24/7 whatsapp assistant which is an excellent idea.

I just stayed for one day, but everything was super clean, close to the train station, centric and with a lot of restaurants around, the shower and furniture was spot on.
