The bathroom was so dirty that we had to wash it ourselves

Red light district, hmm. What an awesome, clean, large room. Location was excellent for the train and the square. Employee’s were outstanding.

Recently renovated hotel, with comfortable room. The front desk and staff overall were very friendly and helpful. This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel.

The location in Frankfurt is close to the central train station. Easy to get to on foot, but you have to walk through an area of people doing drugs in the street. Not the best area of town. It is a short walk to old town Frankfurt and the river. If it wasn’t for the drug use/area it would’ve been perfect

Nice and clean with good breakfast, 5 min walk to the main train station. One bedroom size is quit small.

The hotel is centrally located and the local shops and coffee shops are amazing.Everything is at walking distance and the train station is a 5 minute walk. We had zero problems , no noise at night and the staff were amazing. Definitely staying again.

Nice property for the low price. One downside is the surrounding area- a lot of homelessness, and as it’s a nightlife spot, we had to avoid multiple patches of vomit on the pavement that were yet to be cleaned up. Area didn’t feel unsafe- just not particularly pleasant. Wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again myself, but wouldn’t return with my young daughter. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, as the hotel ‘family friendly’ section describes.

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated the boutique feeling of the hotel. Very cute and conveniently located near the train station.

Room wasn’t clean enough and it was too cold. Radiators were not working and AC was not working properly to heat a tiny room while the outside was -3. Refrigerator was not working. There was a 1m stick, which was broken from the shower cabin, standing at the corner of the shower. There were no slippers

The staff was beyond excellent, helping these two weary travelers. Hotel was extremely comfortable and well designed and two blocks from the station. I didn’t give 5 stars for the area only because it was very trashy, although we felt perfectly safe. But then when we left it was 5:30am on a Sunday so maybe street crews clean up later.

Incredibly low beds, and a very, very narrow shower door that makes it hard for larger people to accesss. Air con not working.

The hotel and staff were very good. My room was small but very comfortable for a solo traveller like me and very well furnished. It was very quiet and peaceful. I felt absolutely safe in my room. Like all of Frankfurt, the area does not feel safe once you're out on the street. Many homeless, poor and struggling people are in the area, and unfortunately, this makes the area feel much less safe. I stayed in at night being a solo female traveller. I felt bad to see the vast social differences in Germany right now. I wish these people in the street could be helped. But during the day, with some care, I felt okay to do stuff outside. But yes, safety is an issue in Frankfurt right now.

Our room was not as big as the one in the photo, but it was clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great too. Lots of restaurants just around the corner. Very convenient, 10 min walk from the main station.

We were looking for a hotel close to the train station for an overnight. Like most areas around the train station not the best. But the hotel was nice with a very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel really central. This makes it noisy in the area which is not really a problem unless you have to have open windows. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by and close to the main station. Everything works. Beds ok but could be better

one side of the block was gentrified and the other one wasnt. that divide made the street feel unsafe and dirty at moments but i didnt experience any bad situations in the vicinities personally.

I love this hotel and only stay here when in Frankfurt. The staff is always helpful and often go beyond the expected. I would highly recommend for short stays, especially if using the Hauptbahnhof for travel.
I will add however, and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, that the Frankfurt authorities are not properly managing this area of their city. When I began coming to Frankfurt this was a sparkling clean area. Today, there are still nice restaurants and wonderful accommodations like the Victoria, but they are allowing undesirables to congregate on the street during the day and night and leave trash and make unnecessary noise.

Located near to the central station, close to restaurants and market. The room was spacious and the receptionist was really nice and even helped us to throw our broken luggage. The only thing that was lacking was the cleaning service, it’s not clean enough since we stayed there for 5 nights.

Great stay due to the fantastic staff particularly Nadin who went above and beyond when I hurt my head. She was immediately generous, compassionate and practical in her response to help.
The breakfast was great and the staff member in the dining room was also very attentive, efficient and thoughtful.
The room was a single so small, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very well situated within walking distance to the main station.
