Very comfy, so quiet and lovely staff. Great value for money! Closest to the tube and bus routes.
Just don’t judge it by the exterior

I was not expecting that the breakfast at the hotel would be so nice. It was freshly served and it lasted very long time, like from 07-30 till 10-30. All the staff members were very friendly, whenever I needed hair dryer they gave me. Especially miss Chopna and miss Sophia during the breakfast hours were very friendly and nice to me.
Everything was fine. The hotel lobby smells so good and fresh. The tube station Shadwell is just in 10 min walk from the hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was absolutely fantastic!
The room was a bit tight, and the window couldn’t be completely shut because the portable window air conditioner wasn’t set up right. (We were so thankful for the AC back then, though, since it was super hot!) Plus, without a lift and those small stairs, it isn’t the best accessible place.
