The staff were very welcoming and helpful, accommodating our request to drop off our luggage before check-in time and to leave it for later collection after we had checked out. She also provided a breakfast for us on a day when we needed to leave earlier than the normal breakfast time to join a guided tour. The accommodation is well located for the Colosseum and Roman Forum and there are many places to eat nearby. The room contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Nothing - everything was great and I would highly recommend Colosseo Relais to anyone visiting Rome.

The room is in a really cute street with lots of nice restaurants near by. It's a short walk from the coliseum and also to the city center (fontana di Trevi etc). so really well located. Also close to a metro station. They bring you breakfast in your room - some pastries, bread, jam, and coffee.
It was all good.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, lovely host.
We stayed in the blue room in the pictures with the bed up against the wall. Room too small for us. We’re both just under 6’ and the bed was too small. Not quite a double?? Ended up sleeping ‘top to toe’! Bathroom also very tight although shower cubicle fine. Booked in for 2 nights but checked out after one. Host very apologetic and explained bed size on booking.com. I have now looked and cannot find anywhere. Property does have double glazing to the front but I’d also dispute that it has internal soundproofing.
