Well I couldn't get time to have breakfast at the property however the location is excellent

Food was good at the hotel. The hotel was under renovation and should not have been receiving guests. They donot have a lift for guests.

Location is good!
Road works on the new metro cause the electricity to fail and trip many times. Wifi on my second did not exist, despite multiple attemps from the staff.

I like the royal look of the room, the combination of bed color with table, chair and almira was best. The lamp light at wall was looking good. Bed sheet and covers was clean.
The door must have a manual lock from inside, it will assure my privacy. There should be a room service phone and must tell the wifi password in advance.

It is a very nice hotel.
The rooms were cozy and attractive.
Clean bathroom.
We were 4 people and stayed in two of their rooms.
Overall a good and clean hotel
The restaurant is expensive.
I believe they have a higher price for the value.
Breakfast is not included which normally should be included at that price.

As the location is good they take tourist as granted nothing good to say abt it. Very very very bad experience.

Staff behaviour during checkout, open roof restaurant closed for indians but open to foreigners, no landline, short jet spray, low water pressure, broken balcony

Room was clean and feel luxurious
No phone for anything need, you have to visit everytime at manager

Hotel was near tajmahal. Staffs were polite and cooperative. Room were clean and hot water was available 24*7.
