The hotel manager, owner & staff were all really welcoming and extremely kind to us when we unfortunately fell ill - they allowed us to keep our room for a day & were very understanding.
Beautiful clean room, great bed, fantastic bathroom - we also loved the courtyard garden which was a lovely place for our delicious dinner. The view of the Taj Mahal from the roof was an added bonus! Finally it was nice and quiet and you could hear the birds which was lovely!
It was sometimes hard to communicate with staff on the front desk due to a lack of English.

Facilities was good, location is in walking distance from Taj Mahal, staff behavior was very good
Conjusted location, no proper parking space, hotel is costly in comparison with facility provided.
Kitchen service was not available between 10:30 pm to 8 am.
