Everything about the hotel was fabulous

Everything was perfect. The view , the front desk staff, the wellness center, the pool and the near beach. Breakfast was very good

Loved everything . It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room, and to put a jacuzzi in the wellness centre.

There is a nice pool and the hotel areanis quite large

- We had booked two rooms but, upon check-in, were assigned an accessible room without any prior notice or explanation. For a rather large person, the shower setup without any glass partition or curtain is not particularly practical and resulted in water getting all over the bathroom. As the hotel was fully booked, we understand that changing the room may not have been possible. However, no alternative solution or compensation was offered. - Furthermore, the bathroom was not properly cleaned when we checked in. I informed Reception about this at around 4:00 pm, but was told that “all cleaning staff had already left the hotel” and that I should come back the following day. This was particularly disappointing, as there was again no attempt to offer an immediate solution or any form of compensation. As a result, I had no other option but to use the bathroom as it was, despite it not having been properly cleaned.
