Lago Dorato Luxury Apartments - Lake Como View

It was north of the lake so we were far away from the main centre but we made it work it wasnt as busy and another thing is all the shops shut very early we got to the apartment really late because of our flight and the shops shut at 8:30pm.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber

Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart. Der Ort Colico hat nicht viel zu bieten. Keine guten Restaurants. Da muss man weiter fahren.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, optimal ausgestattet und hatte eine gute Lage. Der dazugehörige Pool war groß und ausreichend für klein und groß. Es gibt einen Außenstellplatz und einen überdachten Stellplatz die beide genutzt werden können. Unmittelbar in der Nähe befindet sich der Bahnhof, was praktisch ist für Ausflüge nach Mailand zum Beispiel. Außerdem befindet sich in kurzer Entfernung ein großer Supermarkt der alles zu bieten hat. Freitags findet der Wochenmarkt nicht weit von der Unterkunft statt, was sehr zuvorkommend ist. Zum empfehlen ist eine private Bootstour über das dazugehörige Unternehmen Nausika! Ja es befindet sich momentan eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe die nicht störend ist, das Apartment ist gut isoliert. Der Service ist großartig Lisa und Deborah kümmern sich um alles was man braucht!

The appartement itself was very good and of high quality. The location is close to the lake, but not very inspiring. There is a communal pool which in itself is nice.

What was very tedious and dissappointing was the checkin procedure and the communication with the company renting this place out. They were unfriendly, unhelpfull, and after a very long process we could enter. This process should be optimized, because this does not feel holiday-friendly (online platform for checkin with passpoort pictures front and back, family info, deposit payment, receiving info on key-box hard to find, finding the appartement, info on the appartement).
