The staff, especially the girl, who definitely went that extra mile ( forgotten her name)
Nothing was too much for her ( excellent)
We were unable to shower each day we were there, due to a problem with the new boiler not working
This disgusted us and not very hygienic
My wife and I shower every day, and we couldn’t shower for our stay of 3 days
I feel some compensation is in order, or a reduced deal at your hotel asap
To return in the very near future
I await your prompt reply

Lovely friendly staff. Room was very pretty. Vegan breakfast was tasty.
I had asked for oat milk prior to our stay, but they only had soya milk as the non dairy option. Parking at the rear of the property was very limited. Only 2 spaces, which were occupied when we arrived.

The breakfast was excellent , good choice of cooked, cereals, toast, jams, juice tea - variety, coffee
A choice of everything for breakfast not either or, eg: granola and yoghurt , banana bread and cooked breakfast would have been nice to have had granola with yoghurt and cooked breakfast

Excellent location right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-water. The host was brilliant and very attentive, and the staff knew who we were without telling them each morning for breakfast. The breakfast was included and the perfect amount of food for the day. The room was very clean and had a lovely view. Comfortable bed and well decorated room. The room was good value for money considering prices of other accommodation in the same area.
The room was quite small, but expected at the top of an old building, very creaky floor, the window had to be open at night as it was very warm, but you can hear everything outside, and whenever anyone flushed their toilet on the same floor you could hear it clearly. The blind was broken, so didnt go down all the way. The shower tray also filled up so could only have quick showers and had to keep turning water off in fear of it overflowing. The room was also very dark as it only had one small window and the main light wasn't very strong.

Excellent location, with parking. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice touch to have a fridge on the landing with bottled water and fresh milk.
No view out of room. Dated furniture. Shower not great. Nice shower gel and body lotion provided but no shampoo or conditioner.

We went to Bourton on the Water for a family holiday, so we had booked two rooms. Each one of them has its own unique character and both were cosy, spacious, clean, the beds were very comfortable and overall we had all one needs for a nice stay.
However, what made our time exceptional was the hospitality, friendliness & care to each detail of the Chestnut B&B staff. To start with, they emailed us in advance to warn us Bourton on the Water gets very busy on the weekends and advised us to book places for dinner. I followed their recommendation and both times we had great dinners. Once we checked it, they offered us a complimentary cream tea which was a real treat. Lastly, we had to change our travel plans as our return train was cancelled, so they kindly changed our breakfast time at the last minute to accommodate our plans.
I have no words to thank them for the exceptional service!!!

Location is excellent. We got dining recommendations from Chestnut. We booked dinner in an italian restaurant called L'anatra, 5star food and service.
Breakfast was limited in B&B, but was awesome and delicious. I would recommend the Toasted Banana Bread, which was very tasty.
Staff is fantastic, so helpful and kind. We also got complimentary Cream Tea. Scones are to die for.

The location of the bed and breakfast was good. The breakfast was excellent.
Entrance to the b & b cluttered with deliveries on arrival, the whole place is shabby and needs a refit. Our room was cold and was shabby. Radiator leaked into my suede boots damaging them. Shower tray propped up with pieces of wood , half a bottle of shower gel shabby towels which were too small and couldn’t put the fan on in the bathroom as it made a deafening noise. To say this hotel had been given good reviews surprises me.
