Great location near to town centre, Winter gardens, bars & restaurants.
Welcoming and friendly host.
Very happy with our stay.
11am checkout as standard (without paying extra) would be great but have nothing to complain about.

The hotel had so many facilities. A well stocked bar (I dont think i have ever seen such a variety of Gin and Vodka) , a fantastic games room and so much food to choose from.
The room was nice, bright and had everything we needed for our stay.
Staff who greeted us couldn't do enough. Gave us plenty of information and reassured us that someone would be available if needed.
The location is good only a few minutes walk from the attractions.
Only a few parking spaces but a car park at the end of the street which we parked in no problem.
Its not a dislike but lots of stairs. When we stay again we will ask for a room on a lower floor if possible.

Connor was an amazing host from start to finish. A quick call from arriving by coach to drop bags no hesitation to allow this. Always a happy smile and welcome.

Great location. Friendly staff. Discoloured towels & white bedding.
Stains on blinds.
Bed very uncomfortable.
Room very small.
