Stayed a night at the Hotel and was impressed from the start .A grand type hotel with traditional surroundings. The room i was in great with a comfy bed - and all required items .Breakfast is superb quality produce and so much choice .
Staff so good and the Manager himself helping which I think , superb
People would enjoy a stay here especially the less able to walk as it has a lift, a rarity in Blackpool and a night reception.
Nothing really

Location was great. Check in was quick. The lift worked throughout our stay. The twin room was adequate, clean with comfy beds. Tea & coffee facilities provided and complimentary biscuits! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, both hot & cold. Service from staff was very good. It's a friendly place. Entertainment was popular & sounded good
Our room on 3rd floor..water pressure to the shower very poor.
Hotel security needs a thorough examination.
