Almost Everything.
The same story. Like the other hotels I have been to, the towels are smelling very bad. I suggest to use some perfumed detergent.

When I entered the room the temperature was around 15°C.
I've been sick for two days and I haven't had any assistance from the staff: they refused to help me when I was feeling bad and I risked to faint.
In addition, I had to pay the breakfast in advance, but I wasn't able to take it on the last day as I was sick: they refused to reimbourse It (14.5 €, quite a lot for the food offer).

the location is strategic, you can walk to the city.
no lift, old interior, parking around the hotel is limited, we have to go to another parking place.

Very comfortable room and bed. Price is really competitive. Restaurant is very good for bot dinner and breakfast.
The TV was basically just in German. Maybe an upgrade to a SmartTV is necessary.

The location is perfect. View to the Rheinriver is beautiful. Breakfast is very fine.
