Pretty and full of design of the hotel lobbies. Great buffet of breakfast and dinner . Good stay in ski ground.

Not much, may be no true onsen is the only shortcomings

The Breakfast is ok, but the same most mornings. The location is excellent, about 40m from the ski slope. I did not use the in hotel restaurant for dinner, but the two commercial restaurants on the 1st floor are very good and convenient.

My heater stopped working for a couple of hours, but I was supplied an electric heater very promptly.

The breakfast was adequate (Japanese style buffet breakfast). The location was perfect for access to the ski slopes, and very close to the bus stop where you catch the bus to/from Nagano City. The commercial restaurants in the 1st floor of the hotel are really good (Japanese & Nepalese/Indian)... you could wear your slippers there and not have to go out in your snow shoes.

Not much that I didn't like.
