The hotel is off a busy street, but within walking distances of all the clubs, restaurants and the quays. We were there for a rugby match so really only slept. so spent little time in room. But tea / kettle etc there and a good size fridge. The beds were comfortable and clean. We checked in late and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room fronted onto main street and so was a bit noisy from people leaving the city centre late. Only me that was disturbed, my son slept through it all :)

Room is ok. Bed is comfortable and clean. Good wifi. Good view. Microwave and fridge so I guess people live there. Well located, central close to transport and shops.

It's a bit downbeat.

The location and receptionists were friendly and very helpful with queries.

Rather noisy in rooms around us and guests arriving back late in evenings.

It was very close to town and buses and the train station

The staff was very rude they didn’t get what you needed. Housekeeping does not listen to you and shout.

Room...The room was spacious and had the bonus of a fridge and microwave..brilliant.The beds were comfy. Location...Ideal centrally located for shops etc Bonus..Hotel was right near carpark which only cost us £8 for 24 hours

Very happy with the facilities, check in and location of the hotel. Did the job for an overnight stay to see Gloucester RFC at Kingsholm, walking distance to the ground! Very clean room, a fridge and other amenities made my stay simple, easy and great value for money. Many thanks to all the staff there.

Nothing, very happy all in

Central Hotel was very good value for money. We had a spacious room, well-fitted bathroom and comfy beds. The fridge and microwave are great additions. Everything was very clean. Parking is at the nearby multi storey, accessible via the shopping centre opposite the hotel. This was easy. The location is within easy walking distance of the cathedral (well worth a visit) and quayside, with many restaurants and a cinema. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

The hotel's location is very central and we did experience some street noise, especially with our stay being on a Friday. So if you're staying on a busy night and are a light sleeper, then earplugs would be useful. However, that being said, the location is also within easy walking distance of the cathedral and quayside area - with a great selection of restaurants and a cinema.
