Our first meal was a steak dinner. Everything was great, the onion rings were amazing! My wife wanted to meet the chef! We had an equally amazing breakfast the next morning and my wife did get to shake the chef's hand! Sasha, the manager, showed us to our room initially, and she was on the scene every time we turned around.
I wish I had stayed longer! I can't wait to return. We will keep up with events in Gloucester so we come back soon!

Friendly and helpful staff; excellent breakfast with multiple options and locally sourced products.
Comfortable bar and outside tables, well used by local people.
Wifi only available downstairs in the bar.
