The staff was incredible

Far from the center. Hard to get a decent taxi.

The terrace has amazing views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. The grounds and rooms are extraordinarily clean.

Sometimes breakfast service was a little slow.

everything was nice..and beautiful.. view, breakfast, room, people, employees area, everything excellent.. We will use this hotel next time.

They didn’t let us know what time breakfast started when breakfast ended. Some of us got to eat and others got there at 10:15am and missed breakfast. Staff said we missed it.

Cleaner showers

The building and the grounds are very pretty. Easy to get to as it’s just a short walk from the boat dock, and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

My window didn’t open in the room and there wasn’t a fan so it felt a little stuffy while I slept. Would have been nice to have lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The upper deck has a beautiful view but there aren’t any cushions on the wicker chairs so it’s not very inviting. Some areas of the hotel felt quite run down, but the garden is lovely!

located a 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. the hotel has very nice views, very friendly staff, big open areas, free parking, huge and clean rooms. Fully recommend.

roof top terrace with beautiful view. breakfast was good and staff was so friendly. fantastic location - close to the centre and the lake.

There is no sound barrier, so it was quite noisy in the room from people in neighbouring rooms or those standing and talking outside the room. one night I was actually kept awake by a man snoring 3 rooms away. No drinking water provided. In my experience traveling through Latin America, the cost is quite expensive for what is offered.

The view was great and the staff very helpful.

There is a really good breakfast included with the reservation. And the landing site for the “parapente” is really near.

It’s right next a dried river, and the street is really dusty and not welcoming. The view of the lake gets overwhelmed by the view of this dirt road, and the dry river.

It would of been nice to have A/C or ceiling fan but not a reason not to come back.

The staff on the hotel was super nice and the food was delicious. The location is really close to the lake. Also the view from my room was excellent

The only thing that I would say I did not like were the pillows. The were a bit lumpy. Also there seemed to be a mix up and ended up paying more than what booking showed. Still a good price for the hotel.

Nothing, we left town first thing in the morning

Only one person was amigable, dirty, dirty pool, vacuum inside pool 2 days, shower backed up, poor lighting, poor location, view of lake what a joke, caged parrot all by myself, sad!!! I paid so much for $20 more dollars would have had a 5 star hotel, very dissatisfied.
