they don’t have menus to order delivery of food, kayaks in the private beach to use and don’t have a phone to reach reception.

Remote, quiet, in the middle of jungle. they also have private stretch of the lakeside beach (but you have to hike for 10 mins to get there)

if you’re hungry in the evening you have to walk/get a mototaxi to Pana

that it was inside a nature reserve

no screens in the windows so could not keep open windows or patio doors due to bugs and possible animals

To stay inside a nature preserve was exquisite and beautiful, to have access to the park off hours was a bonus. Fell in love with a local monkey even though she stole my sneaker. Falling asleep with the sound of the waterfall was wonderful Bathrooms were phenomenal, two showers two sinks and toilet in a separate room

Noticed on my bill they charged me for the breakfasts that were supposed to be complimentary

The place is beautiful. Really nice nature, coati babies with their mums around at breakfast, spider monkeys, nature trails and a beach.

Unfortunately the room was not amazing and the bed was uncomfortable. Layout was strange, room was cold, shower was not good.

The nature and the Extreme Zip Lines

It is perfect for a family trip but if you are looking for Party it’s a little complicated since it’s not in the center of Pana

When you stay here you can explore the entire reserve. It’s very quiet at night.

The wifi is spotty but this forced me to stay off electronics, which was my goal. Just don’t depend on it if you really need it. It works well in the reception area.

Bathroom a little small.

Isnt that I didnt but the lack of concondarnce or consistency between which room is which... because on your page rooms are listed as doble room with balcony or doble deluxe with balcony, and at the place are just as pisos bajos and pisos altos, where pisos altos better than pisos bajo, and expecting that double deluxe rooms are better than double rooms with balcony, I booked the "deluxe ones"(2 of them) and turned out that was the opposite as we got in the end, where they gave us the simpliest ones(double rooms) instead of deluxe ones... pretty inconforming, but that didnt make the stay quite bad, we enjoyed a lot even though ... thanks.
