The room was very spacious with a pretty big bed. The bathroom was also quite big. The bed was comfortable and clean, plus the room seemed to be also very well cleaned.

Unfortunately the shower head and the doors of the actual shower itself seemed to be broken.

THIS HOTEL WAS OVER BOOKED, they wanted another €60 extra, I already paid for my stay. Very rude staff and ask me to pay extra or leave.

Couldn't find breakfast! Mattress was too soft, felt cheap. Could have done with two pillows.

Basically a dormitory pretending to be a hotel, no breakfast, no coffee making facility no reception, no heating at night in November in Dusseldorf....all .made for a very uncomfortable stay.

My card for some reason didn't work and I couldn't enter the hotel. No one was on the reception. No one picked up the phone. I had a business meeting and only 30 mins to change!! Worst experience ever. Even in the hostels there is always someone!!! I paid 160 euros for 3 nights and got a room with stairs inside and a door...

The location was good, in a nice area and not too far away from the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, where Saxon were playing on that day. I enjoyed staying there and the price was OK, given that I booked the hotel in the same day with the concert and quite a few places were already booked. I'd probably book something closer to the city centre if going there only for tourism.

The shower drain was completely clogged. No way the cleaning personnel didn't notice this. I went out to a supermarket and bought some liquid to unclog it, but that's not an ideal experience. Hope they'll keen an eye on this.
