Tay Bac Hotel Da Nang

Great location to the beach and spacious room. Real bathroom set up, as opposed to a wet room, which was good. Cheap price as well. Nice they provided water and coffee, although the kettle plug just reached the socket so the kettle was tilted in mid air in order to use.

It was so noisy! I know some of it was just from super loud guests, which is obviously not the hotels fault, but there didn't seem to be any sound proofing, so noise just vibrates through. Also if people didn't close their doors properly, there was a weird fire alarm siren that just kept ringing! Also outside was rather loud from the street below. The hotel is also rather tired and a bit dated. Plug sockets were an issue, it was a mission trying to actually get the plug in. Staff speak little English and charged extra to pay by card.

great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. thoughtful staff decorated the room for our anniversary 😁 chair was comfy.

cleanliness needs to improve. rooms are small.
