Good

The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing wrong was we couldn't get the cable TV to work.

Very good

The property is set back from the street so the room was quiet.

The room smells a little musty with smell covered by a cleaning product. I would prefer hardwood floors. It’s my only complaint about the hotel

Great place and great location and staff was very polite and courteous

The location was great private Parking lot restaurants next door to each other and Uber to downtown 10 minutes away

The restroom was a bit stinky

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pacific. It’s a good value for the money. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in

i liked the location of the property. it was very convenient and easy walk to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet inside the room. I heard no street noise. The bed was very comfortable. the water in the shower was hot and had very good pressure.

The carpets are in need of replacement. the fan over the toilet is very loud. There is some wear on some surfaces. However, knowing that the rooms are being remodeled, I assume that those issues will soon be remedied.

Value was decent. Trendy area, close to downtown and within a doable walking distance of border

If there was a breakfast, we were never told nor aware of it.

Rooms are fine but some of the little things could be corrected and upgraded. Sink handles kept coming off. No TV Menu nor Operating Directiions plus TV needs to be on a wall mount versus sitting at an upward angle on a shelf. Room needed at least two additional electrical outlets to operate computer/tablets or other electronics. Carpet needs to go! LVT or Tile Upgrade needs to be made.

Good hotel for short visit to Tijuana

Very pleasant room with huge, comfortable bed. Quiet location with lots of food outlets in the close vicinity.

I wasn't stay at night. I have been go out and they didn't pass me back. They take the money twice for one night!!!!! And there were no wi fi in the room

I would not advice a family to stay their!

Nothing!!!I Had booked a 2 night stay and when I got their the plumbing for the hot water was not good they wanted me to leave the room @ 9am so they could fix the issue, and leave my items in a storage while they fixed the issue. Another thing they had over 20 guys in the front looks like their selling drugs or prostitution it was scary I couldn’t stay I ask for my refund and they refuse not even for the second nigh! I would not recommend this hotel for a family!
