Great location & very clean
Stairs are super squeaky and turning on the kitchen water tap is also very noisy throughout the house

Sunny and light with lovely outlook and loads of room ! Lovely host -gave us some great tips and super welcoming.
Would have been fabulous to have a second toilet -two bathrooms were great

I loved everything. The size for my family, the clean comfort apartment, parking, decency, distance to the city, facilities. I recommend and surely coming back.
Nothing

Unit was clean and tidy, bedding was nice and warm. Despite having to climb up a very steep hill (it is Dunedin), many steps and a steep driveway at the back of the long driveway to walk back to the unit it is walking distance to many things. The washer and dryer were great for catching up with washing.
The unit has no cook plate or oven, but does have a microwave, unit 6 which we stayed in is quite noisy, you constantly hear people going up and down the stairs and the entry door slamming shut, and when people upstairs use the water for showers, or washing etc., didn't bother us much as we were out a lot but could get annoying.
