The house is located in Roslyn, an affluent area of Dunedin, with good security, a beautiful environment and convenient transportation; the whole house includes 4 bedrooms, fully furnished, warm and comfortable; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry; kitchen appliances and tableware are all available; living room , connected to the kitchen is spacious with wonderful views of the city and harbour.

Lovely quiet location with nice seaviews. TV did not have Freeview so could only watch "Youtube" or "Netflix" on TV.

After staying in VRBOs around NZ, this was definitely our favorite for charm, view and character. However? We arrived cold and et and the heat was not on. It took a few hits to warm up the hallway. There were lots of blankets so we could sit on the couch and stay warm. My one suggestion would be to have the owner turn on the heat ahead of guests arrivals on cold days.

Beautiful old house in a great neighborhood with an excellent view overlooking the downtown area. This was billed as a 1.5 bathroom house. I would call it a one bathroom house. Getting seven people around in the morning with only one toilet was a challenge. Also, though listed as “sleeps seven” you’ll pay a hefty “extra guests” fee over and above the listed price if you’re actually planning on having more than two guests, which seems sort of deceptive.
