The hotel and rooms are very outdated; airconditioning did not properly work, same as the mini fridge. The room was not properly cleaned (e.g. there was a lot of dust under the bed). We rented a meeting room which required several tables and chairs; our meeting started at 8:00, but the room was not ready until 10:00.
