The staff were great and very helpful.

I didn't like the fact that after arriving at the property, I was told the breakfast which I included in our booking was for only one person and the second guest (my son) I was asked to pay extra. Also I was told of some local taxes that was not included in my booking information. The hotel ended up honouring my original booking via booking.com. however, I didn't like the fact that I had to argue against these additional cost before my booking was honoured. It would make more sense if guest are pre-informed of all costs before their booking is made.
