Our favorite in our stay in Japan! The amenities where really good as was the hotel. The breakfast although not included was one of your favorites due to quality and diversity. Very clean and spacious.

The location is a tiny bit far, but it is okay. Pillows could be a bit sturdier as my husbands were a bit too thin and small for him!

Great location with elegant design and a wonderful view. Breakfast was exceptional.

I had two room booked, one double one single. Then I realized the double room had a wonderful city view, it was worth every penny. However, the single room faced the back side of the hotel, the view was blacked, and there was not much to see. And you make sure you don't go to breakfast at 0730, you might wait to be seated.

値段の割に部屋が広くない所

Location is good, it's about 5 mins by foot from Nagoya Station. Rooms clean, on high floor (guest rooms are on 19/F-25/F). Staff friendly. We sent our luggage from Osaka by courier and it was in our room when we arrived.

The public bath was a little disappointing. Just 1 indoor bath. We stayed Mitsui Garden Toyosu (1 outdoor and 1 indoor bath) and Mitsui Garden Osaka (1 indoor and 1 outdoor jacuzzi). The showering area was very close to the bath. Overall, i didn't enjoy it much and didn't bother to go on my second night.

It was very clean and the breakfast buffet had many options.

I booked the moderate double room because that was the only room available, but the room was extremely small (19 square meters) and the bed was small for 2 people. Breakfast was yummy but we had to wait about 15min to be seated, although there were several tables empty inside. I imagine they do that so the buffet section doesn’t get too crowded, but this was the first time in my life that I had to wait to be seated for breakfast.

Short walk from Train station. Close to shopping area both on ground and underground.

The room is very small. And the bed is very small too. it’s the smallest room and bed I have ever been and I travel fairly all over the world

My family and I loved the rooms.It was big and spacious,and bathroom was pristine and clean too.Our favourite feature was the easily avaliable jazz music that could be played on the manuals of the screen.Big bed and comfortable too! Always looked forward to coming back to the hotel.Location was near the train station too.Will definitely visit again,thanks!

The location of the hotel is not too far from the main train station. Can be accessed via basement if you just follow the signages. Because it's not so near to train track, it's quiet at night.
