Compared to other hotels in Japan, this one was more spacious.
The staff were the most attentive we encountered during our trip.
They allowed me to check in early at no extra charge. I arrived at 2 PM, and they immediately arranged everything and gave me my room.
Calling a taxi involved a bit of a wait. It wasn’t too long, but compared to other cities it was noticeable. However, this is likely related to the city rather than the hotel itself.

The hotel was well presented and maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were on the smaller side.

Most comfortable bed i have slept on in Japan.
Reception on the 4th floor. The breakfast was very expensive for what food was on offer. Many times we had to wait for the food to be refilled.

La disposizione della stanza
ATTENZIONE: non è vicino alla stazione , ma a più di 15 minuti (oltre 1 km). L’albergo ha una bellissima entrata che non corrisponde poi al ricevimento del quarto piano che presenta la struttura come in realtà è : un normale hotel un po’ vecchiotto con i bagni microscopici e una doccia mini
