Had a good overall feel, open light and airy, lots of staff, helpful and had a nice lobby bar area. Rooms were very nice and had a well integrated bathroom which was part of the overall room. Super comfy bed and pillows, quiet and a good nights sleep.
Coffee options were limited and basic (even in the lounge and restaurant, no proper espresso machine but this is a feature in Japan. Dining options could have been wider/more western but again that is a theme in Japan.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt warm welcome. They are willing to listen and address my concern about the parking service. They did try their best to accommodate my requests. Truly appreciated the front desk and concierge team. The room maintained high cleanliness standard.
Parking space is not enough and I need to wait for 50 mins at the public parking lot on the 1st day. Lucky that the staff are helpful and able to reserve a car park for the remaining 3 days. This extra effort really makes us feel more enjoyable .

The mattress is really comfy. I even want to buy one for myself at home. Also, I really like there is a water purifier at room. I saves water bottles. I can refill water easily.
It's been a little bit away from train stations. I doesn't bother me though because there are taxis around all over the places.
