Another great stay at this comfortable home. We loved the new kitchen upgrade, cozy beds, sunsets on the porch, bbq dinners on the patio. Great tv/ Netflix and board game selection for the one rainy day. Kids love the short walk/bike ride to town and the beach. This house has all you need for a great beach getaway.

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at this property. We had another memorable time. Great location. Love the large kitchen table for everyone to gather. Nice having the outdoor shower.

My family and I enjoyed our week staying in this house. It literally had everything you could need - even toys and a high chair for our baby. You can’t beat the location. I would be able to walk baby back to the house in a stroller so that my older one could stay at the beach a while longer. That alone was a lifesaver. Andrew was a very responsive host!

We just loved our trip to Montauk this year! This was the perfect house for us. It has a laid back feel with a lot of charm. You can watch the sunset through the room filled with windows. The house has everything you need. There seriously was not one thing we needed! From bikes to beach chairs, swing sets to ping pong tournaments, coffee makers to blenders, towels to fans for each room, board games to dvds... there is nothing you need to go out to find! It is in this house for you. The owner is easy to get in touch with and quick to help with anything all. Location is everything for us! You can walk or bike right into town within minutes. We hope to be back to this house in the future!

The location was perfect for us - we could walk or cycle to eat, to the beach, to the shops. We felt very comfortable in this lovely spacious house and garden that had everything we needed. There were so many things to do in the local area that we nearly missed a visit to the private beach which is beautiful and quiet and a contrast to the waves on the south shore. A great place to spend lazy or busy days.

My family and I had an incredible week in Montauk. The 4 of us were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We loved grilling and eating on the patio and watching sunsets on the deck. My kids could not have been happier with the large yard, swings, ping pong table, toys, books, movies and more. The location can't be beat! A quick 5 min walk to town and 10 min to the beach. We will be back!

Our third time staying on Edison Extension confirmed how much we love this cozy beach cottage. Removed from the bustle and bling of an ever increasing army of weekend warriors, this little oasis is a two minute coast to the ocean beachside via bicycle yet shielded from the crash of the Surf Club. The neighbors are local and friendly. The house provides great comfort and convenience. All that is necessary for a big family breakfast, night of grilling and games is provided. We loved cooling off in the outdoor shower after a marathon of ping pong or taking the bikes for a sunny ride to the bay. The garage was well stocked and organized with all the necessities for a fun day at the beach. A Short stroll into town offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. Any questions we had were quickly and courteously addressed by the owner, making us happy to recommend this property to friends and family.

My family had a wonderful 2 weeks here. My boys used the bikes to ride to the beach, we grilled on the patio every night, the house was clean and well-equipped, Andrew was kind and helpful, the yard was big and spacious and there was even a ping pong table for my kids to play on in the garage! The house felt warm and homey and we will definitely come again next summer. Thank you, Andrew!

The property and location are perfect with walking distance to town and to the beach. Plenty of parking. The house is warm in personality and offers a variety an amenities. The back deck and front porch offer more living space. A washer and dryer are readily available in garage area. I've been going to Montauk for over 40 years and So. Edison is my first choice in places to stay - it feels like home!

Loved my stay here. LOVE the proximity to town center and beach. The property is simple and relaxed and a very enjoyable place to stay. Really enjoyed the thorough and generous assistance of Andrew. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend and look forward to renting again.

The house has everything you could possibly want or need for a great vacation and is so organized and well thought out. It is walking distance to town and beach and you can sit on the deck and watch the sunsets. We loved the outdoor shower and the bicycles. We also really appreciated the 4P.M. Sunday checkout.
