Very good location; it's a short walk to both U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Despite being on the ground floor, we found the location to be very quiet for being so centrally located; there is not a lot of traffic on the street, and aside from the occasional sounds from the other apartments, it was quiet. The apartment is big; we only used the three bedrooms, but there are also two (or three) sleeping couches, one in the kitchen and one in the entry room. We found it was the perfect size for 5 people. We were travelling during summer, and it was hot outside, but the apartment was very nice and cool, because it is located on the ground floor and does not have large windows that allow in heat. There is street parking, and we were able to find a spot most of the time. Parking is paid most days, aside from Sundays when it is free of charge. We chose to park in the parking garage at the shopping centre, which cost around 20€ per day.

The kitchen was not very well equipped; for example, we were missing a carafe or something. One bathroom is very well done; the other two are very small and basic.

We had a lovely stay in this quirky apartment. The layout worked really well for our group, with three good-sized double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which made it feel very comfortable and private. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need for preparing meals. The location is excellent, with easy access to trams, the underground and overground trains, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafés and shops within a short walk, including supermarkets for groceries and drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

As the apartment is in a residential building, you do hear some everyday neighbourhood sounds, such as neighbours and the early morning bin collection, but that's all part of staying in a real local community rather than a tourist area.

Ibamos tres parejas y contratamos los tres apartamentos. Dos de Las habitaciones eran minúsculas. Había que entrar de lado a la cama. Una de ellas no tenia somier, estaba directamente sobre el suelo. Dos de los tres cuartos de baño, eran tan pequeños no te podias mover. En uno de ellos el desagüe del lavabo no tiraba.La puerta de una de las habitaciones, que era corredera no tenia manilla para moverla. El mobiliario era un conjunto de muebles viejos de poca utilidad, una de las mesillas no se podia abrir porque chocaba con la cama. En resumen, las condiciones pondrían ser bastante mejorables.
