Bad isolation on the 4th floor on the back court coiled hear trafic on the Main Street or people talking on the ground floor

The location is great! 10-15 min walk to most major sites. Not too far from the gay bar area. The pool deck is big and refreshing on a hot day. The decor is cute and the shower is amazing and good ac. The guests are looking to be social as well!

Not a ton of restaurants nearby. You definitely have to walk and search for places to eat. The lifts are small but fast.

It was located at a great area, close to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. Pool was a nice addition.

It was priced high. Rooms were just ok. I could hear people talk from the lobby, it was echoing.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing and the rooms are a great size. Plus they have some of the best facilities for a hotel in the city centre with a pool, gym, bar, club and rooftop.

The staff were great and the room was lovely but there was an issue with the airconditioning. They had tried to fix it before I arrived but they forgot to have house keeping come back and clean up the floor which wasnt an issue they then came and cleaned the floor. But the aircon was leaking in the bathroom the whole time meaning the first day `I came back there was a huge pool of water on the floor. The next couple of days I couldnt have the air con on as It would drip constantly on the bathroom floor. It was quite hot in the end and I needed to put a bin under it so I could run the aircon for a while to cool the room and then turn it off so it didnt flood the bathroom. Not intentional but when its 38 degrees in Madrid it wasnt ideal
