Villa Agave è una bellissima 2450 piedi quadrati, MOLTO GRANDE 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni sul campo da golf Troon. Viste incredibili - proprio sul fairway. 2 camere matrimoniali offrono letti king size, TV a schermo piatto, bagni annessi e ognuna ha il proprio balcone privato. Un'area di lavoro separata dell'ufficio separa le 2 master suite al 2 ° livello. Il 1 ° livello offre un garage privato con 2 posti auto, una lavanderia e una sala polveri. This property was listed as premier and was not. The first 30 days of the stay was spent dealing with issues regarding basic requirements. For instance the following items were listed as features and did not work: pin ball machine, gas grill and stove. In addition there was no hot water in one of the master bathroom sinks, refrigerator water system was leaking, terrible noise and rattling with the water purifier, front door would not unlock, no blankets provided and not enough towels/wash cloths to accommodate the amount of guests that the condo was said to house. We spent 4 weeks without a working stove. We paid premium dollars for what was not a premium property. Very misleading and disappointing. We not recommend since this owner does not understand or provide the basic requirements. I’ve requested a refund but have been told the owner doesn’t feel it’s necessary. Became quite obvious VRBO does not support the renters only the owner.

Excellent stay for six weeks while our home was renovated. Removed a bit from the city, which we really enjoyed. This was the best of several long-term VRBOs we have utilized during our longer-than-expected home renovation

Beautiful condo with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Tastefully furnished (the photos don't lie:), with a well-stocked kitchen including BBQ utensils. The unit was super clean on arrival and management was extremely responsive to any questions I had. We stayed for 42 days and never had a maintenance issue--so this is a well-cared for condo. Perfectly peaceful area, yet close to everything. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Villa Agave to friends & family.

The neighbors were friendly but quiet and it was an enjoyable stay.

We loved all the hiking trails in close proximity to this property. Enjoyed plenty of golf all throughout the Scottsdale area. Also, we loved our happy hours on the upstairs and downstairs patios while watching the beautiful AZ sunsets. Wes was a very gracious property manager and attentive to our handful of needs we had in our first week of arrival. Would recommend this property to our friends or family looking for a Scottsdale getaway.

Property was very nice. Maybe could have been made more aware of two levels. Stairs could be a bit of a problem for seniors, The only negative was the roofmate neighbors and their loud bass speaker on TV/Stereo that was very loud some nights till all hours. Thankfully they seemed to be out of town a lot during the week. Overall very pleased. Nice views from the upstairs especially.

Very nice condo with patios overlooking golf course. The lower level patio was nice but view of golf course was somewhat obscured by natural vegetation. The upstairs balcony provided a much nicer view. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall this provided an excellent get away.

Very clean and well stocked
This is probably the cleanest and nicest I've ever rented. I did not have to go out and buy Anybpaper products, spices getc. Nicely furnished more than the usual with updated TVs, furniture, lamps etc. Property manager was very attentive from the moment I rented. There are 2 master suites but one is definitely more upscale than the other. I did not find the pool and exercise room that appealing, dated. I would definitely rent this villa again.

Perfect Place for Two Couples, Convenient to Golf
We rented this condo during the National Championship and made a golf trip out of it. The condo was perfect for two couples since there were two masters. It was clean and new with all the conveniences of home including a nice TV set up and a garage. The property manager met us there and went over everything. The views were nice and there were lots of places for a morning walk around the property. It was convenient to Scottsdale, Carefree, hiking trails, and dining.
