The location was perfect!, right in the middle of the city center and the overall apartment was clean with comfortable bed. It was also overall quiet at night therefore we could sleep peacefully and the host also had a list of recommendations on places to visit/eat from which made it easier for us to find a place to eat from.

The wifi was slow at the beginning and the heating was not working well the first day we arrived but the host came back later in the evening to fix the heating while the wifi was up the next day

It's a great location for restaurants and shops. It was on the 3rd floor ( technically 4th). No elevator..so have a strong person with you regarding luggage. Extremely clean and modern. Great space Weekend noise might be an issue for some but...was fine for us. Very quiet by Sunday.

Nothing really. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was really nice and clean. It was also very central and close to all amenities and restaurants. Our host Nicolo was great, he also left us some recommendations for great restaurants which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony was also excellent especially when the sun came down.

The only thing that we disliked is that below the apartment there's a bar, which was pretty noisy at night especially on the weekend. If you're a light sleeper, you might need to use a pair of earphones to help you sleep as I did.

The apartment is very clean and it’s in the Center of the Como city . Very convenient to buy some groceries around the area . Definitely will stay again if we have to come to COMO .

We had a bad experienced in this apartment. It’s in 3rd floor and no elevator. If you have travel bags so it is hard to carry on through stairs. The location is in the central so the taxi cannot pick you up. ‏The apartment is bad and the bed sheet is dirty as you can see in the picture , the owner was not friendly & not helpful. If you want a good memory for COMO i don’t recommend to book this Apertment

We stayed for 3 days at Como Flats and had an outstanding time. The location of the flat is exceptional, it takes around 10 minutes to get to the lake and is situated in the middle of the shopping/touristy area of Como. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and Nicolo, our host, was helpful with all our questions and even let us stay a bit longer on the day of checking out, making it easier for us to leave for the airport. The size of the flat was great, it was newly renovated and comfortable. Everything was great but the location is the thing that makes the flat really outstanding.

The Wifi was not too strong. Everything else was great.

Excellent location in center of old town, short walk to lakefront. Flat would have been excellent for two. Bedroom with ensuite was spacious and bed comfortable. Air conditioning was great and much needed. We were met on arrival and given keys - very smooth and helpful.

Kitchen lounge had sofa bed and small dining table so space was a bit limited with three people.

Great location close to the Duomo and harbour/ lake, modern well presented apartment - light and airy. Comfortable bed and great bathroom.

Nothing - the apartment is on the third floor without a lift - not a problem at all for me, but a consideration if you are older / have health issues.

Good location, enough room for two, very good Wi-Fi signal. The host is very helpful and responsive, even called taxi for us, it's important when you don't say Italian 😁

Stairs, haha, but we know its gonna be lots of stairs when booked.

Close to shops, cafes and the lake. Recently refurbished, new modern kitchen, new washing machine, new bathroom with powerful shower, nice bedroom with comfortable bed, all very clean. The owner was nice and accommodating.

Even though we booked only two days in advance due to the uncertainties around the pandemic, communication with Nicolo was amazing! When there was any issue whatsoever, his support was above and beyond our expectations: When we arrived by train and had some delay, Nicolo was waiting for us patiently upon arrival (and with a protective face mask) and still answered all our questions - whether about the Covid-19 situation (when the apartment was last cleaned and how thoroughly, what the local guidelines and restrictions were...), local attractions, and about (take away) restaurants. The list he provides to guests is curated well and the take away pizzeria he recommended was truly exceptional (and a highly valued piece of information during the pandemic where we had less opportunity to try out all the other restaurants). When the internet connection did not work for one evening, he got in touch with the operator and even offered to open up a local wifi hotspot for the time being. When the weather was not as great, he checked in with us whether we had fun despite it and whether he could help in any way. When we asked about some late evening food delivery options kind of last minute, he still replied with lots of enthusiasm. When we could not immediately figure out how the drain of the sink works or what some button in the apartment would do, he responded immediately and without making us feel like fools. The apartment overlooks a small piazza to the back which even featured some live music on one evening for us to enjoy from the balcony. Also, if you don't want to use the machine provided in the flat, there is plenty of choice to get a fresh espresso, latte, cappuccino, or whatever coffee you prefer from one of the many places closeby along with a variety of pastries - and an ice cream parlour almost next door, too! (But seriously, and we cannot emphasize this enough, listen to his recommendation about the take away pizzeria!)

Well... there was a global pandemic going on, but there's nothing that could be done about it. The one thing that was a bit disturbing is the fact that there is a restaurant situated nearby with an open terrace which stays a bit chatty / noisy until late in the evening... ... BUT: we can imagine that one may also see it as adding to the charm of the location of the flats in the historical city center of Como - which already in itself compensates for it. Keeping the windows closed does not entirely keep the noise out but for sure prevents delicious food smell to enter the bedroom (and making you crave a midnight snack). Keeping the windows closed is not an issue at all because of the air conditioning both in the living room and the bedroom which cools down the room to one's desired temperature.

Parking

The location of the apartment is amazing, it has all the facilities you need and is very clean. Everything is on walking distance and you can park the car on the main street about 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Also the host is very friendly and gave me nice tips.
