Domes Miramare, a Luxury Collection Resort, Corfu - Adults Only

Location comfort style. All beautiful!!

Nothing

We had a lovely stay! The staff were really friendly, and the dinner included in our booking was a great surprise. The food was much better than we expected. We’d happily come back!

The room 624 should be listed as having a partial sea view, as the view of the sea is quite limited.

buona la colazione con ampia scelta, curato il giardino e gli spazi comuni, il personale competente e disponibile. Ottimo complesso.

ARIA CONDIZIONATA TROPPO ALTA NEI LOCALI COMUNI E GLI ORARI DELLE PULIZIE IN CAMERA PERCHE' ANDAVANO OLTRE LE 15

We stayed at the hotel for six days. The hotel is located far from all the main attractions, including the beautiful beaches, the Old Town, and the charming villages. Reaching most of these places required approximately one to one and a half hours of driving. Even the closest points of interest were at least a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Our room was beautiful and conveniently located near the beach and the dining area. However, the pool pumps were extremely noisy, making our stay uncomfortable. The noise was constant throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to sleep. The room cleanliness did not meet five-star standards. The floor was dirty when we arrived and was never properly cleaned during our stay. The towels felt old and worn, and after housekeeping service, face towels were often missing. When we asked to change rooms because of the constant noise, we were offered an alternative that was not comparable to the room we had originally booked. The replacement room was located at the far end of the hotel, on a higher floor, requiring us to climb a long flight of stairs, and it was much farther away from the beach. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, except for a few employees, especially Kostas, the Reception Manager. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. Based on our experience, there are many hotels in Corfu with better locations, higher service standards, and much better value for money.
