Sea Breezes North - Just Steps To The Beach!
Seduto a soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia, Sea Breezes North è invitante e confortevole nel momento in cui varchi la soglia. Ogni lato del duplex dispone di 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno e una zona soggiorno / pranzo / cucina. Una parete scorrevole unica consente il noleggio di entrambi i lati con una zona pranzo comune (quando il muro è aperto). Ogni cucina è completamente attrezzata. C'è TV via cavo, DVD e wifi, un ponte privato con grill e docce esterne celesti su ogni lato. La Town of Southern Shores è stata fondata sul volontariato e continua ad essere curata da un forte team di membri della comunità. È una forte comunità impegnata a preservare una spiaggia sicura e adatta alle famiglie e un'area sonora. L'accesso alla spiaggia e al suono è limitato ai proprietari e agli affittuari, quindi l'eccessivo affollamento non è un problema. L'accesso alla spiaggia da Sea Breezes Cottage è una breve passeggiata di 100 metri. Anche se dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al percorso di accesso alla spiaggia, il cottage si trova in una zona rigorosamente forzata di 25 km / h di Ocean Blvd, rendendo l'attraversamento della strada facile e sicuro. Il lato nord del cottage è identico all'unità lato sud, tranne nella biancheria da letto. Da questo lato, c'è una camera da letto con letti a castello e un ulteriore gemello. La seconda camera ha un letto king size. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.

The location is perfect right at a beach access

The house was clean, and had many games to play when the weather was nasty. The host was quick to answer any time I needed anything . Plenty of pots , pans and cutlery for the week. Just Remember to grab either zip lock bags or containers for leftover food , or taking things to the beach.

We have stayed here many years in a row now and it's the perfect cozy beach retreat. While it's nothing fancy, it's comfortable, has everything we need, and is in an excellent location. It's also pet friendly and our dog loves that she gets to come along on the trip with us each year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

With this property, you are ONLY paying for proximity to the beach, which is so close and convenient! The property isn't as maintained as the other properties around it and the screen door was broken and would not close. A little underwelming. Once we got inside the cottage was just as described. Comfy wooden furniture and everything you could need to cook. I wasnt super excited to read the find print after booking where we had to bring our own sheets, towels, bath mat, toilet paper, paper towels. Didn't want to make beds on vacation, but for the price and location, it was fine. Then the internet didnt work, there are instructions to unplug the router and modem with the wifi info but I couldnt fine them. I messaged Anne, the host, and she was super friendly and very responsive. Turns out the router and modem are in the other unit in the double cottage. She gave me a code, I had to go over to the other unit. I unplugged the router and realized the modem wasnt plugged in. After sometime, I got the internet working. Again, more hassel than one wants as soon as you arrive on vacation. In summary, the King bed has a large dip in the middle, which I was not used to and did not find comfortable. There are too many appliances plugged into the kitchen and when we used the microwave and oven to cook dinner the second night it tripped the breaker... which is also in the other unit as well. Between the property and stormy weather, we made the decision to leave a day early.
