The location is great for access to the Plains of Abraham and the old town and port. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and the bed comfortable.

Location, Location, Location! Plus it was so easy to check in and host was very attentive to all messages.
This was on me, but no lift and I had a 3rd floor room. Will book ground floor next time.

Lovely old heritage building and in a good location. Within walking distance of the old city and to Cartier Street with shops and restaurants.
We stayed in 014, which is in the basement. Lots of living space and bedroom space, although it does feel like a basement (with low ceilings) not a loft. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils.
The floors and baseboards were dirty, although the rest of the place was clean. The bedroom at the back has a very loud ventilation system in the closet that would scare me and even wake me up in the night when it turned on unexpectedly.
The price was better than two hotel rooms at Château Frontenac, but it was still quite expensive ($1800 for 4 nights). I would expect a spotless apartment for that price.

All communication was by emails.
Mattress was very soft
Place looked clean but when I wiped up water on the floor the towel was black
