Cute building friendly staff comfortable feel

Due to location on too of two restaurants and a bar unfortunately the rooms on the side especially on first floor are very noisy until midnight

Very smooth and easy check in, done online and a couple days beforehand. We parked at the nearby Toren parking garage, which we booked a week early and had a small discount (park here). Room was small but comfortable and had very nice amenities, like soap and shampoo, coffee pot and hot water machine, fridge. Everything was remote. The lobby area is like a lounge with plenty of seating and free goodies like water, tea and some snacks available. Also, you can buy beer, wine or soda for a small fee. Old historical building was nice

The lobby could be kept a little cleaner and rooms not the quietest. Bed uncomfortable due to cheap mattress.

Very good location and most importantly it is quiet Nice welcome card. There are few good restaurants options closely

Central location. Attractive building. Room very comfortable. Large lounge which was very relaxing and with (free) tea/coffee and snacks. Other than points below, this would have been an exceptional place.

Lighting in room insufficient (for reading). Breakfast alright, but the least choice of the many places I stayed in on this trip; it is a set breakfast, they claim this avoids waste, but it is the opposite if you cannot choose what to have. The big problem was the unwanted technology; everything is done through AI and an app which you have to download to your phone, including getting access on arrival, which could be a challenge for some less IT literate visitors; some aspects of the app did not work; I was overcharged and, while this was quickly rectified with an apology, it would have been easier if there was a reception rather than do through AI; it is all very impersonal; excessive number of messages before arrival and during stay. I would not stay here again despite the comfort and many appealing aspects.
