Novallure Downtown - Short Stay Apartments

距離火車站及市中心步行距離不遠，交通方便。房間裡設備齊全，有廚房能料理食物之外，還有洗衣機，非常方便。陽台外面的風景很棒。

退房時間為十一點，但十點多房務人員就來敲門詢問了。

Location was great. 3 of us fitted comfortably. We could hear the gentle bells and tunes from nearby churches. Near Main Street. Lots of statues around. Had clothes washing machine which we desperately needed. Facilities were good. Lovely big bathroom. Plenty of towels. Compact kitchen but very workable.

Up 58 steps with suitcases hard. It relied on a wifi “key” to get into the house. When wifi went out no way in. I lost where the key was on my phone luckily my daughter could find hers. I had to rely on neighbouring business for free wifi to contact owner (my eSIM wasn’t working). Minor problem was toilet seat was not fixed so moved when you sat down.

Niet altijd even schoon

The apartment is in a very central location in The Hague, which made it convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The staff were also very responsive and replied quickly to any messages or questions we had during our stay.

Cleanliness was a major issue during our eight-night stay. We found rubbish left behind from previous guests, including pieces of a discarded pizza box and receipts on the fold-out bed when it was opened. The entrance and stairway were also dirty, with the same dirt remaining throughout our stay, and we did not see any cleaning taking place during that time. Our apartment was on the third floor, accessed by extremely narrow and steep stairs, so the property may not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. We were also concerned that we could not identify a clearly marked fire exit or clear fire escape information. The WC had no lock, the shower drained poorly, and there was occasionally a faint sewage smell from the shower area. It could also be quite noisy at night due to the nearby pubs and restaurants backing onto the plaza outside.
