Hotel Punta Monpas

I was so grateful that they called me and made sure I have all the instruction to check in when my flight was delayed and I lost my luggage at Bilbabo airport. I lost bus connection and had to take taxi to arrive at the hotel after midnight. I was able to check in even though the front desk was closed. The area is very safe but the front desk closed at 11:45 pm. It was fine with me. I was able to get in and take a good night sleep after stressful day. I really love the location. So amazing. I checked out late but the front desk did not complain. They kept my luggage for additonal hours after I checked out and also notified me of arrival of my lost luggage while I was in Uber to the airport. I really appreciate what they went above and beyond for me and my trouble. San Sebastian is amazing place and I also get all the information from the hotel where to eat and where to go to make my trip really worth it despite the unexpected delay on my flight. The location is amazing! I would definately go back to S.S and will stay at the hotel again. Thank you for making my last leg of my trip in Spain so memorable.
