Atotxa Rooms

Every thing ! The room, the bed, the pillows, the towels were all simply excellent quality and the room itself was absolutely spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - cross the canal and right into the midst of busy San Sebastián. The young lady on reception is amazing - she went out of her way to help us and nothing was too much trouble for her - she was simply amazing ! We used the train & buses as well during our visit to eat at 2 renowned restaurants . The trains are absolutely impeccable as are the stations & we found it very easy - our queries regarding the trains were answered in perfect English by the staff at the station who were beyond helpful ! We had a great time visiting so much in the 4 nights we stayed and highly recommend it - especially staying in these rooms !

Nothing at all!

Location, walkable to main beach, close to bus station, very clean

No fridge in the room, room is too small. Definitely not a 4-star hotel as it says in booking.com

Clean, bright, comfortable accommodation. 10 mins walk along the river into San Sebastian old town. Having coffee, tea and cold water available was a bonus.

N/A. We were there as a couple and enjoyed the area. If you were a solo female traveller, perhaps stay on the other side of the river if you intend staying out later at night. The last couple of mins walking at night a bit quiet.

Clean modern

We were told there was parking in the building but on approach we’re told we had to park in bus station. We got lost finding hotel and my wife had to carry luggage a long way and she has 2 broken ribs.
