Excellent location by the river ! Everything exceeded my expectations ! I had a lot of special requests for food given health issues and the kitchen always accommodated (restaurant in house is excellent - breakfast fresh and plentiful). The sauna is also super and the staff all very dog friendly !

The location , the facilities
Some parts in the room need checking for function and could do with an update. Especially for the daily price on rooms.
Communication between downstairs staff and room service needs improving as well as customer service. I had booked a room with balcony and found some of my items left in the room, some food invthe fridge and hygiene articles were no longer there. I had to rebuy them. All I got from two staff „I am sorry“. That’s not good enough.
