We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The staff, in particular Sofia was a gem going over & beyond her duties to make us feel comfortable in giving us advice & recommending tourist tours. Thank you.

You will have a wonderful stay at the Hotel Helmhaus. My room was very clean, and the bed was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. My room faced the road and was relatively quiet, including on the weekend. The hotel staff was very hospitable, and the breakfast was exactly what we had hoped for: lots of options and a daily variety of fruits. While there is no coffee maker in the room, there is a coffee station on the first floor. The room had a kettle, safe, iron, and was reasonably cool with AC even on a hot day (80F). The location was perfect for exploring Old Town, and a short tram ride to the main train station.
My bathroom had lovely soap products but no hair conditioner.

It was clean, but very, very small. The room was very small. It was not 215 ft.². The best one was very, very small. The name of the boutique does not apply to that Hotel.
