the location is excellent, very close to the train station, with several restaurants and shops nearby the hotel room was small, but clean, and the bed was comfortable

the smell of cigarettes in the corridors and lift and all public areas breakfast was included, but I had to leave very early and could not take advantage of it

The furniture and general decor is old but it would have been fine if it wasn’t for the shag pile carpet (which ironically, seems newish).

I booked this hotel due to its distance in between Colonia and Frankfurt. Reception talks in English and they allowed me to let my luggage there until I left in the afternoon. Very close to the train station and check-in option until late!

It wasn't the cheapest hotel in my trip but it was very affordable and best value for money in the sorroundings! Worth it!!

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, the room was very clean and very nice and decent. I have 0 complaints and my full recommendation for anyone who is not fuzzy and is looking for accommodation where you see your money' worth. Totally worth it!!

Great stay

i didn’t get to see the structure, they didn’t let me in if we didn’t do the self check in. they weren’t able to explain it to me because nobody spoke English at night, when I arrived. apparently I received a message on the app (not an email) which I didn’t check. but they could have let me in that night and not let me sleep on a bench.

when I told them that I had to sleep on a bench because I couldn’t self check in that night (and the person that was there didn’t let me in), I asked for a redound. they didn’t even give me that. not how a business should be run

The size of the bathroom
