The location was great, halfway been the main station and the old town. The room was spacious. The bathroom very modern. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Nice that there were options for vegans. I’m not sure the bread or rolls were vegan though a detail often missed.
The breakfast room felt very crowded. Coffee could have been better.

It is a small, family-run hotel, charming and in a quiet area, close to the city centre. If you can disregard the noise from some pipes or a pump (I still haven't solved the mystery of the source of the noise) you can easily stay here for a while.
that noise I mentioned above; also, the sound insulation between the rooms is a bit poor. Guests should be told to turn the sound of the TV down after a certain time of night.

Cleaning team very noisy, vacuuming and cleaning from 8am in the morning and entered the room early morning. Couldn’t sleep late. Washed the marble staircase so we couldn’t even walk down for breakfast as it was slippery when wet. No elevator or alternative staircase.

Charming and welcoming hotel near centre of town. Spotlessly clean, good quality furnishings and bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities (on landing) and large bottle of sparkling water provided. Very nice breakfast with good choice.

The room was large by European standards; special touches like flower petals placed around the room. The bed was good. We arrived early and they went out of their way to register us (15 minutes)

Great location between the main train station and the Altstadt. Nice breakfast with good coffee in a lovely room where even the fresh flowers on every table matched the red-yellow color scheme.
if I really need something, the funny noises in the plumbing after running water.

The hotel was lovely, a small walking distance from the old town. I think it's a really well run place and comfortable, I just had an unexpected issue with having to be moved from the room I checked into. I would really recommend it as a family run hotel and the breakfast is really lovely.
I wasn't aware of the room change until I got back to the hotel. Admittedly I hadn't seen the email from the hotel, but it wasn't a great experience to have to move rooms later in the evening.

There was an excellent and varied selection at the breakfast. The hotel was very conveniently located near the train station and in easy walking distance of the old town, the Deutsches Eck, the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and other area attractions. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided some nice extras like a kettle in the public area with tea and coffee packets.
